  • Projects are typically booked 1–2 months in advance, with an initial payment required to secure your start date. We work in limited project spots to provide a high-touch, strategy-led experience, so the sooner we connect, the better your chances of booking the next available start date.

  • Timelines vary based on scope, but most brand projects take about 4 weeks from kickoff to launch, with web projects adding an additional 3-4 weeks. Timing is also dependent on timely feedback during review rounds.

  • Nope! Most projects are split into two payments. A portion is due upfront to secure your start date, with the remaining balance due later in the project. Some packages may also offer the option to pay in full.

  • Most client websites are built in Squarespace because it allows for fully custom design while still being easy to manage after launch. Your site is not built from a template. It is designed specifically for your brand, with intentional layouts for both desktop and mobile. Squarespace also makes it simple for clients to confidently update content and manage their own sites once we’re done. If your project requires it, Wix or Webflow may be considered.

    If you already have a site on another platform, we’ll help with a full transfer, including hosting, domain, and DNS setup, to ensure a smooth transition.

    We’ll talk through your business needs during our Discovery Call and confirm the platform that makes the most sense for your goals.

  • Our brand strategy work focuses on building strong foundations like positioning, ideal audience attraction, mission, vision, goals, and competitor differentiation. Design is the primary driver of how that strategy comes to life.

    While we don’t offer full brand voice development or long-form copywriting, we do provide structure and guidance to support DIY writing. Depending on the project, this may include copy prompts or templates. If more in-depth copy support is needed, we can connect you with a trusted copywriter.

  • We’ll curate a limited selection of licensed imagery when needed to support your brand or website, but custom brand photography is always recommended for the strongest results.

    If you don’t already have brand photos, we can connect you with a trusted brand photographer and provide clear imagery guidelines so your shoot aligns seamlessly with your new brand. This ensures your visuals feel cohesive, intentional, and consistent across your website and marketing.

  • No worries! We are always happy to take custom requests. Please indicate that you are seeking a custom request with a brief description on the inquiry form, and we will touch base with you on the details and feasibility.

  • We do not offer standalone logo designs, as logos are just a small part of a comprehensive brand identity. Our brand identity design services include the strategy behind achieving your business goals and play a key part in not only the logo suite but also color palette, typography, images, and more.

  • You’ll receive:

    • A Loom video walkthrough showing you how to manage and update your Squarespace site

    • 30 days of post-launch maintenance and support, covering minor updates, fixes, and questions

    After that, optional monthly maintenance packages are available if you’d like continued support.

  • Absolutely. Additional pages (portfolio, blog, resources, etc.) or add-ons like templates, collateral, or ongoing support can be added at any time and scoped separately.
